BUILT FOR AI-DRIVEN GROWTH.
Matt came to me with a clear goal – help service-based businesses use AI to tighten client relationships, boost retention, and drive proper, sustainable growth. Smart stuff. But the brand? It wasn’t quite hitting that same level.
It needed sharpening. So we stripped things back and rebuilt with intention.
The goal was to create something that felt intelligent and high-performing, without tipping into cold, lifeless “tech company” territory. Because at its core, Client Edge is about people; just powered by better systems. This became the foundation of everything.
The identity leans clean and confident. A key part of the brief was to retain a sense of movement and a san-serif typeface from that was present in his previous branding; something that reflects progress, momentum, and forward thinking. The logo mark takes on a sharp, directional form – representing ideas, progress and thinking outside the box. Paired with a rebellious colour palette and a modern typeface, the brand instantly positions Client Edge as forward-thinking and capable.
Alongside the visuals, I also developed a tone of voice to match; cheeky, confident, and straight to the point. The messaging cuts through the noise and makes complex ideas feel simple, helping position Client Edge as both smart and approachable.
But this wasn’t just about how it looks and sounds; it’s about how it works.
Beyond the visuals, the focus was on creating a system. Something that works across the website, marketing, and AI-driven services – giving consistency without limiting growth. Using the accent colours from the palette, we were able to create a flexible sub-brand system, allowing different services to stand apart while still being unmistakably Client Edge.
Now Client Edge shows up like they mean it. Sharper presence. Stronger positioning at the forefront of AI-driven business growth. And a brand that finally matches the level they operate at – and is built to scale with it.
